Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 August 2026
1. Acceptance and scope of service
These terms govern your use of the Fasla Cloud platform ("the platform", "the service", "we") — a SaaS customer relationship management platform that brings WhatsApp Business conversations together in one place, with automated replies, message campaigns, team management and reporting. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. Account and registration
- You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Customer responsibilities
When using the platform to message your customers over WhatsApp, you agree to:
- Obtain prior consent (opt-in) from contacts before sending them any messages.
- Respect opt-out requests and stop messaging anyone who asks you to, immediately.
- Not send unsolicited messages (spam) or messages that violate platform policies.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
4. Prohibited use
- Spam or bulk sending without consent.
- Content that is unlawful, abusive, inciting or misleading.
- Business categories restricted under WhatsApp's policies (such as those prohibited by the Commerce Policy).
- Impersonating others or providing false information.
- Attempting to breach the platform, misuse its interfaces, or exceed usage limits.
5. Compliance with Meta's policies
Both Fasla Cloud and its customers comply with the terms and policies of Meta's platforms, including but not limited to the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Meta's platform terms and its data use policies. Any violation of these policies may result in suspension of the service.
6. Subscriptions, payment and renewal
The service may be offered through paid subscription plans. Prices, plan details and the renewal cycle are set out at the point of subscription. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for an equivalent period, and you may cancel renewal before the start of the next cycle. Fees paid are non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in the published refund policy.
7. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the platform, its logo, content and software remain the property of Fasla Cloud. Your data and the content of your conversations remain yours, and you grant us a limited licence to use them solely to operate the service you requested.
8. Limitation of liability and disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties that it will be entirely free of faults or interruption. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or Meta's policies, or if the service is misused in a way that could harm the platform or its users. You may also terminate your subscription at any time in accordance with your plan's terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Your continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
