1. Introduction
Fasla Cloud ("Fasla Cloud", "the platform", "we") provides a cloud customer relationship management (CRM) service that lets businesses bring their WhatsApp Business conversations together in one place. We respect your privacy, and this policy explains what data we collect, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have over it.
By using the platform you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. Data we collect
2.1 Account data
- Your business name and contact details (email address, phone number, address).
- Details of the team members you add to your account, and their roles and permissions.
2.2 Conversation data
- Messages and attachments exchanged between you and your customers over the connected channel.
- Customer contact data (name, phone number or account identifier) needed to display and manage conversations.
- Tags, notes and interaction history created by your team.
2.3 Technical data
- IP address, browser and device type, and usage logs, for security and service improvement.
3. How we use data
- To operate the platform and let you receive and answer your customers' conversations in one place.
- To provide automation, saved replies, conversation routing and reporting.
- To improve service quality, provide technical support and resolve issues.
- To protect the platform and its users from fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data or your customers' data to any third party.
4. Meta platform data
Fasla Cloud currently integrates with the WhatsApp Business API through Meta's official interface. When you connect your account, we process the messages and contact data received from that platform on your behalf and at your direction, solely for the purpose of providing the conversation management service.
- We comply with Meta's applicable platform terms and policies, including its data use policies and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
- We do not use Meta platform data for advertising, and do not share it for unauthorised purposes.
- Message campaigns are sent only to contacts who have given prior consent (opt-in) to the account holder, with the ability to opt out at any time.
- Full data isolation: each customer reaches only their own data, and no customer can view another customer's data.
- Our use of data is limited to what is necessary to operate the service you requested.
5. Sharing data
We may share your data only in the following cases:
- Service providers: trusted partners (cloud hosting, infrastructure) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
- Meta platforms: to deliver your messages and replies to your customers over the connected channel.
- Legal obligation: in response to a valid request from a competent authority, or to protect our rights and those of our users.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as you use the service and for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, and we will process the request within a reasonable period.
7. Data security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and security monitoring. That said, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we work continuously to raise our level of protection.
8. Your rights
- Access your personal data and request a copy of it.
- Correct or update inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (the "right to be forgotten"), within legal limits.
- Withdraw your consent or object to particular processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in the last section.
9. Cookies
